Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • Mexican-blend shredded cheese
  • Tortilla (preferably Mission “Soft Taco” size)

Instructions

Place one tortilla on cooking surface. Sprinkle 1 1/4 handfuls of cheese on half, then fold other half over to make a semi-circle. Cook until you hear the cheese start to sizzle out.

  1. Use a Panini press (preferably Hamilton-Beach) for best results. In a pinch, or when you are at your grandparent’s house, you can cook it on the stove.
  2. Eat with sour cream (but only on Taco Tuesdays).
  3. Have 1-2 a day, for best results.
