Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 2-3 green onions
  • Tabasco or other preferred hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Roughly chop sun-dried tomatoes and thinly slice green onions. In a food processor, pulse tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until thoroughly mixed together. Season with ~10 dashes of hot sauce, salt and pepper, and mix again. Taste and mix in additional sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce, or salt and pepper as desired. Add green onions and pulse 2-3 more times. Chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Garnish with additional chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions. Serve with crackers, celery, carrots, radishes, etc. for dipping and spreading.
