Ingredients
- ½ cup margarine
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Cream together margarine, peanut butter, and both sugars. Beat in 1 egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, and baking soda until fully incorporated. Chill.
Form into 1″ balls and place on baking sheet. Press with a fork and then again at a 90 degree angle to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 375° for 7-10 minutes.
