Source: Carrie Claremon
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ stick melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Make graham cracker crumbs by placing broken graham crackers in food processor. Pulse into crumbs (be sure not to make them too fine). If you do not have a food processor, place broken grahams into Ziploc bag and hit the bag with rolling pin, fry pan, or anything heavy.
Mix together: crumbs, milk, and butter. Make sure to mix these ingredients first so that the chips do not melt. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour into greased brownie pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.

Secrets of Success
As you can see from the source, this was not one of our family recipes way back when, but it is now. The former Carrie Ullman introduced us to these brownies. For her wedding shower, everyone gave Carrie a favorite recipe, and in return, Carrie sent each guest a copy of this recipe.

“You’ll want to focus on the neglected food groups, such as the whipped group, the congealed group, and the choco-tastic.”
