Mix
- 1/3 cup mustard (Dijon or brown)
- 1/3 cup honey
- Garlic, parsley, oregano to taste
Microwave the mixture on medium until blended and warm. Coat the lamb chops and let sit for an hour at room temperature or marinate longer in the refrigerator. Broil for 20-30 minutes total, turning and basting often.

- 1. I use thick boneless chops. If you use regular thickness chops, cook for a much shorter time.
- I prefer brown mustard for this recipe. In a blind taste test, you will not be able to identify either the mustard or the honey. It just has a real tang. You can adjust the seasonings. Of course, I add A LOT of garlic.
