Cranberry Relish (aka “Red Stuff”)

Grind in Food Processor

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange

Add 1 cup sugar and mix ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until use.

Glenda’s Secrets of Success

  1. Some people use the entire orange, peel and all, but I have never tried that.
  2. Fresh cranberries are only available in the fall, but they freeze fine if you want to make this relish later in the year.
  3. JOE’S COMMENT: This recipe is best made by purchasing a can of cranberry jelly, sliding it onto a plate, and serving with a butter knife.
