Grind in Food Processor
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 orange
Add 1 cup sugar and mix ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until use.
Glenda’s Secrets of Success
- Some people use the entire orange, peel and all, but I have never tried that.
- Fresh cranberries are only available in the fall, but they freeze fine if you want to make this relish later in the year.
- JOE’S COMMENT: This recipe is best made by purchasing a can of cranberry jelly, sliding it onto a plate, and serving with a butter knife.
